If we want to send a report to incident manager through email before purging it then how will be the configurations?
My obeservation - Glide user is client side API. In the vedio it was server side. Can you please check & confirm
How to update the correlation display and ID fields once the record is created. Since update can be done the correlation id is not empty.
In scenario 3 ... why are you gliding the sc_task record when it is already selected in table
Thanks for your Tutorials....In scenario 2....for that business rule it will calculate the attached incidents only which are attached after writing BR , It won't work retroactively!! for ex. if there is already one incident is attached before writing this BR and then we again attach one another BR then it'll show "Associated Incidents" as 1.

at 06:55 you're saying that if there are no ACLs, users will access the table which I think is not true. If there are no ACLs for a table, then system will not grant access to any user accept admin.
